The Bob Moore Scholarship is awarded to an education major during the semester the student is student teaching. The award of $300.00 may be used to defray the costs associated with student teaching. The recipient will make a report to the Kennesaw Mountain Chapter membership about the student teaching experience.

The Carla J. Northcutt Scholarship is awarded to a high school student who is a current, active member of Future Educators of America. The award of $300.00 may be used to defray the costs associated with preparation for a degree in education. The recipient will make a report to the Kennesaw Mountain Chapter membership about the teacher preparation experience.Application must be postmarked by March 16, 2012.

The Hugh Kinard Scholarship is awarded to a current, active member of the Kennesaw Mountain Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa. The award of $300.00 may be used to defray the costs associated with improving content knowledge or teaching skills. The recipient will make a report to the Kennesaw Mountain Chapter membership about the activity.
